combine the rich history of Métis ingenuity with added practicality. Featuring a hand-stitched canvas cover atop the iconic cart design, this piece is perfect for showcasing Métis heritage while providing a functional, weather-resistant option. As with all our carts, it is crafted from over 90 individual pieces of repurposed and recycled hardwood, joined using traditional mortise and tenon techniques. The Covered Cart is a meaningful and practical piece of Métis history brought to life.
