What size are your Red River Carts?
Our Red River Carts are L16" x W8" x H8"—the perfect size for a table, shelf, counter, or display. They’re small enough to fit just about anywhere but big enough to make a lasting impression!
Do you make full-sized carts?
Yes, we’re currently working on a full-sized Red River Cart! Keeping it historically accurate and handcrafted is a time-intensive process, but it’s something we’re very excited about. We’ll share updates on its progress as the build comes along—stay tuned!
Are the antlers you use ethically sourced?
Yes! All the antlers we use are naturally shed by deer every year and collected responsibly. We then transform them into beautiful creations for you to enjoy.
Do you hand-make everything?
Yes, the majority of our items are lovingly handcrafted by us. However, we also offer a few select products that we’ve designed and chosen to supply through dropshipping. This allows us to keep our business sustainable while maintaining the same care and attention to detail in everything we offer.
Can I request a custom order?
Absolutely! Custom orders are one of our favorite parts of what we do. Whether you’re looking for personalized jewelry, art, or something completely unique, we’d love to bring your vision to life. Send us a message, and we’ll get started!
Do you ship your products?
Yes, we offer shipping across Canada! If you’re local to Edmonton, we can also arrange for pickup or delivery to make things even easier. Let us know what works best for you!
How long does it take to complete a custom order?
It depends on the piece! Most custom orders take about 2-4 weeks to complete, but we’ll give you an estimated timeline when we discuss your design.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because everything is handmade (and many items are custom), we don’t offer returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out—we’ll do everything we can to make it right!
What materials do you use in your creations?
We use a variety of high-quality materials in our creations, including naturally shed deer antlers, premium wood, genuine deer hide, semi-precious stones, and occasionally fur. Each piece is crafted with care, keeping Métis culture and traditions in mind.
